We possess the greatest respect for our customers' right to privacy, which guides all of our relations with them. We will not share or distribute any customer’s information with outside organizations. All information gathered herein is for the sole purpose of use by NCF.

User information—including names, email addresses, times of instrument reservation and service requests—may be publicly displayed to help facilitate communication and interaction throughout the site.

Upon viewing NCF, we collect information regarding your computing environment—including Operating System, browser type, Flash version, JavaScript capability, and IP address. All computing environment data is used solely for Web site statistical analysis internally. Individual user environment statistics will never be revealed outside of NCF, although group environment statistics may be.

NCF may use a user's email address to send information regarding any major updates to instruments, services, or policies. NCF may also use a user's email address to send out newsletters informing them of relevant information; though the user retains the right to terminate this service at any time.

All information within NCF is located on secure servers, using secure connections. Although NCF exercises extreme security measures to ensure reliability and privacy of user information, NCF is not responsible for unauthorized entry or use and loss of user data due to software or hardware failure.
